Dr. Ilyas holds a degree in DDS (Doctorate in Dental Surgery) as well as a 2-year course on Implantology from New York University. He then went on to general practice in Brooklyn, New York. This was a valuable time for him as he worked with many patients with different dental conditions. After completing his residency, he moved to private practice.He was awarded a Diplomate Award by the American Dental Implant Association, and a Fellowship Award by the International Congress of Implantology. He believes that in order to be able to assist patients accurately, he must spend most of his time learning about the science.
